7 FAQs Can we add our logo and Company details? Yes. Lapel pins, flags and cufflinks have only the Queen s Awards logo and cannot be personalised. Almost every other item can be, but in some cases, for example, pens, there is a limited space available. We can offer you advice when we see your artwork. Are these the only items available? No. We have over 14,000 products on our website please ask if there is a particular item you have in mind. Can we see a proof of how the items will look before production? Yes. We will prepare a PDF proof of your artwork for the item at no extra cost and await your approval before production. What is the delivery time? Flags, lapel pins and cuff links are in stock so can be delivered in 1-2 working days, subject to stock availability. Most other items are working days from artwork approval. If you have a critical delivery date, we will try to meet it if at all possible. Do you do recycled products? Yes, we have many eco friendly products that we can offer you, just ask us for more details How do we pay? Easy, we can accept payment by card, BACS or cheque, whatever is easiest for you. ARTWORK Can I supply the artwork in any format? No, sadly not! The quality of the artwork you supply will reflect the quality of the finished print. In an ideal world we would love the artwork in the formats below, if not, send what you have and we ll start with that or give us a ring and we ll discuss it - don t be stuck!
