2 The product: dermofeel easymuls plus The second generation of a powerful O/W-emulsifier for low viscous and sprayable concepts. It is an economic solution as it can be applied in an energy saving cold temperature process and is used in low dosage. dermofeel easymuls plus is a single ingredient raw material that can be used without any co-emulsifier. Based on sunflower oil, it is suitable for palm oil free and vegan formulations. Characteristics - INCI: Glyceryl Oleate Citrate - Appearance: yellowish viscous liquid - 100% naturally derived; already ECOCERT/COSMOS approved (please contact us for further information) - Made from fatty acids from sunflower oil in food ingredient quality - Emulsifier for low viscous concepts, cold processable - Builds a perceptible film and provides a caring skin feel - Suitable for several manufacturing procedures (cold, hot-cold, hot-hot) - No co-emulsifier needed - Combination with gelling agents and buffer system recommended - Sprayable suncare, body sprays, face serums or deodorant roll-ons etc. - Suitable as co-emulsifier for improving skin feel or stabilizing O/W-emulsions without increasing the viscosity - For oil phases from 5 to 25 % - ph range: HLB Dosage Product Concept O/W-emulsion as main emulsifier Dosage % (18% in relation to oil phase) O/W-emulsion as co-emulsifier %

3 How to work with dermofeel easymuls plus Manufacturing procedure (laboratory scale) For cold process, hot-cold process or hot-hot process 1. Disperse dermofeel easymuls plus in hot or cold oil phase. 2. Emulsify by adding the oil phase to the hot or cold water phase. 3. Homogenize pre-emulsion thoroughly to obtain good stability and viscosity. dermofeel easymuls plus is prone to ph drift down to ~ ph 3.5. It is recommended to use 0.15 % tri-sodium-citrate as a buffer system. Easy-to-use and versatile in production temperature!
