7 At SERVICE CHARGE/GRATUITY A 20% Service Charge - Will be added to your regular spa services at check out. If you wish to show added appreciation, let the receptionist know. CLIENT PROTOCOL Cancellation/No Show Policy - Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full. No-shows will be charged in full. Arrival - Please arrive 20 minutes prior to appointment to allow time for a locker to be assigned, change and unwind. Late Arrival - Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you; late arrivals will receive the remaining time of their appointment. Health Considerations - Inform the spa attendant at time of booking if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions or allergies and fill out the medical information document. Credit Card Number - Required for booking any appointments. Group and Wedding Events are subject to terms of contract. Gift Cards - Available in any increment and are the perfect gift! Payment - The spa accepts Master Card, Visa and American Express, as well as pre-printed personal local checks with proper ID. Room charge is also available. Treatment Selection - The spa attendants are happy to help you plan the perfect spa experience. Book early! Please indicate when you book your appointment if you prefer a male or female technician for spa services. Noise Level - We discourage any talking or cell phones near spa rooms as a courtesy to our clients. Clothing - Robes, towels, sandals and shower facilities are all available. Disposable underwear is provided for spa treatments. You may dress to your comfort level. Securing Valuables - Lockers are available for your personal items. However, the spa recommends that you leave valuables at home or in your room. Spa Groups and Special Events - The spa welcomes your event choose the occasion and the staff will make it happen!
