2 To support any Brand wanting to Our MISSION extend its offer to the cosmetic market We conceive, develop and produce new lines of cosmetics (skin care) for all companies that want to realize a brand extension: fashion companies, food manufacturers, wineries, resorts, farmhouses, hotels, SPAs, beauty centres, fitness clubs and pharmacies. 2

4 STRATEGY From IDEA to REALITY We work with our customers in order to identify the position and the features of the new cosmetics line: starting from analysis of the history and values of the brand, going through the picture of all consumers characteristics. 4

5 INGREDIENTS CHOICE Active principles consistent with the brand Together with the brand, we identify the active ingredients, perfumes and fragrances to be used to create a product with a unique formulation. These are chosen because they are any of the following: - typical of the brand region - already used by the brand for other productions (i.e. olives oil, butter, milk, ) - 5 consistent with both the brand's values and the consumers tastes

6 FORMULATION EXCLUSIVE formulas but also explicitly created for each brand Continuous chemical research and implementation of the latest state-of-the-art technologies allow us to realize exclusive formulas and innovative textures. Formulas can be customized with active ingredients, aromas and fragrances based on every customer's needs. 6 All developed formulas are subjected to stability tests, microbiological controls and challenge tests.
