3 OUR COMPANY > Laboratoris Feltor was founded in Originally based in Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona), it was initially focused on: Developing a cosmetics line for mothers and children for a prestigious international company and creating a "sports cosmetics" line in partnership with a major sports industry company. In 1990, it began moving into its new facilities in Sant Celoni (Barcelona) and became a certified pharmaceutical laboratory for products intended for topical use. Today, its facilities have a surface area of 15,000 m 2. Product quality and service-mindedness are the cornerstones of the company's progress a company firmly committed to its ongoing involvement in the current and future technological development of our industry.

11 OUR PRODUCTION CAPACITY Laboratoris Feltor has reactors from 50 kg (pilot batch) to 3000 Kg to be able to manufacture from liquid solutions to high viscosity creams. We specialize in manufacturing products for baby care, mother care, suncreams, atopic care, skin care, hair care... Regarding filling, Feltor has packaging lines, in which we can fill doses from 1 ml to 1000 ml in different containers, tubes, bottles, jars, airless... About the secondary cartoning, Feltor has vertical and horizontal cartoning machines, labeling machines, cellophane machines, shrinkwrappers.
