The Elemental Herbology philosophy is based on the Five Element Theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine, a belief that everything in life needs to work in harmony in order to achieve perfect equilibrium. Our products relate to each of the five elements, Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water and we believe that a balance of all the elements is needed depending on your skin type, environmental factors, lifestyle and the seasons, which our experienced Spa Therapists will discuss with you in your consultation and tailor your treatment accordingly. 1

3 Facial Therapies FIVE ELEMENT AROMA FACIAL Our bespoke facial made for you. This facial will leave you with a vibrant and healthy complexion. With its deep cleansing and effective exfoliation procedures, your skin will be left feeling fresh and awakened. You will be treated to a luxurious facial massage with a bespoke mask to suit your skin s needs, while being pampered from head to toe. This treatment replenishes the skin giving you immediate and long-lasting results. 60 minutes CLEAR CLEANSE FACIAL Our intensive skin detoxification facial harnesses the natural exfoliating power of alpha hydroxy acids (ahas) and papaya enzymes to deeply cleanse pores and remove dead skin cells. This intensive purifying treatment includes herbal steam towels, extractions and an aloe Vera and cucumber mask followed by a cold stone massage to calm and soothe the skin. This treatment encourages micro-drainage of toxins which in turn helps to remove cellular debris, reduce sebum production and pore size. PREGNANCY Please let us know if you are pregnant, as some treatments are not recommended for you at this time. HYGIENE Please be considerate of other guests by showering before using any of the Spa facilities. WHAT TO BRING If you are planning to use our spa facilities, please bring a swimsuit. We will provide a robe and slippers to be worn exclusively in our Spa.
