12 Information Reservation We recommend that you make an appointment before your arrival in our hotel, so that you can enjoy your wellbeing treatment for sure. Of course you may also ask for an appointment during your stay here, but we cannot guarantee that there are still appointments available. We recommend to arrive 5 minutes before the time of your appointment, so you can enjoy the full treatment. If you are late, the treatment time will be shorter. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise we will have to charge you for the treatment. Health As soon as you book a treatment, please inform our staff if you suffer from high blood pressure, diabetes, heart problems, allergies, have recently recovered from surgery, are pregnant or breast-feeding a baby, or if you are taking any kind of medication. It is advisable to talk with your doctor before any treatment. In any case, please inform our therapist before the start of the treatment about physical pain, sickness or other. This information is important, because some methods of treatment may increase your discomfort in the short term. Accident risk Please be careful with wet floors, they can present an accident risk. Running and jumping into the water is not allowed. Water The water in the pools and in the fountain is not drinkable. You will find two drinking water dispensers next to the fountain with revitalised Grander water. We also offer some juice from the machine and hot tea, where we also serve dried fruits. Kids Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult to access the pool. Jumping into the water is not allowed. The sauna and steam baths are open for children 16 years or older. Please note that the staff does not assume any supervisory responsibilities. Fitness Please note that this area can only be entered with the appropriate sports clothing and shoes. The cardio equipment should be cleaned and disinfected after use with the paper and disinfectants that are available. Children under 15 are only allowed to use the equipment in the presence of an adult. Sauna and steam baths This is a nude area and may not be used in bathing clothes for hygienic reasons. Therefore we offer special towels for the sauna. Children under 16 are not allowed to enter the sauna and steam baths. To guarantee the total relaxation for you and other visitors. 12

13 Rules of conduct Mutual respect for the other spa users is recommended. The use of mobile phones is not authorised. The entire area is smoke free. For hygiene reasons, we ask that you take a shower before using the pool, the saunas or the steam baths, and to tie back long hair. Responsibility The use of the spa area «Bel-Well» is at your own risk. We expressly point out that this area carries in certain aspects an elevated risk for accidents. In case of wrongful application of treatments, devices or systems it may present some health risks. Prices The prices are in Swiss Francs, VAT included.
