15 CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSITS We require a 50% deposit on any treatments taking over one hour and for all COMCIT treatments. Unfortunately deposits are lost if your allocated booking is cancelled with less than 72 hours notice and is not re-booked by an alternative customer. We reserve the right to charge a 50% fee for missed appointments or short notice cancellations.
