13 Useful Information Arrival time We kindly ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled treatment, this allows time to complete a short consultation form & hydrate with a glass of chilled water. What to wear Come dressed as you are and we will provide appropriate garments. Shaving Generally shaving is not recommended before a treatment or waxing service. However, men are recommended to shave at least 2 hours before appointment time if having a facial. Storing Valuables Storage lockers are available, you will need a 1 coin. Payment We accept most credit/debit cards and also cash. Payment is required at the time of booking. All hotel and self-catering guests may charge spa services and products to their account. Cancelling a reservation Full payment will be incurred on cancellations made 24 hours or less before your treatment time, or within 72 hours or less for packages of more than two people. The Bay Lido is for the exclusive use of hotel residents only. Treatment Times Timings are subject to change when combining treaments. Any included or discounted food or beverage offers for The Bay Brasserie must be redeemed on the day of your spa treatments. The Haven Spa is integral to the hotel and is therefore used by hotel residents, day guests and monthly members. For the indoor pool there is an adult exclusive swim time between 6-7pm each evening.
