1 101 + Everyday Uses for Young Living Essential Oils (Many of these oils can be found in the Premium Starter Kit) Frankincense: Topical and Aromatic Egyptian tradition says that Frankincense is good for everything from head to toe. If in doubt, use Frankincense. Other names for frankincense are olibanum or Oil from Lebanon. 1. Put a drop of oil on your skin to promote smoothness. 2. Apply 1-2 drops of oil into hand and massage temples and/or back of neck. 3. Apply 1-3 drops on each foot to help support the immune system. 4. Diffuse or inhale from the bottle to help with grounding and purpose. 5. Dilute 50/50 with V-6 Mixing or coconut oil and apply to face daily as a moisturizer. 6. Diffuse or inhale from the bottle to help with mood elevation. 7. Place a few drops on a wet cloth and throw into the dryer. 24. Put 2-6 drops of Lavender oil in Epsom Salt and add to your bath for a relaxing and calming bath. 25. Diffuse to create a calming and comforting environment. 26. Spritz several drops of Lavender oil mixed with distilled water on your skin for soothing your skin. 27. Add a drop or two of Lavender to coconut oil as a nightly moisturizer.

2 Lemon: Dietary Supplement Lemon essential oil includes the naturally occurring constituent limonene. Lemon may also be used to enhance the flavor of foods. Contains compounds that have been studied for their effects on immune system. 28. Put 1-3 drops of Lemon oil in a glass* of water for a refreshing taste. (We need to drink ½ our weight in ounces every day. If you weight 140 lbs. need to drink 70oz. water) 29. Use 1-2 drops of Lemon oil to your water to support your circulatory system. 30. Use 1 drop of Lemon to add flavor to baked goods or beverages. 31. To clean and increase the shelf life of fresh fruit, fill a bowl with cool water and add 2-3 drops of Lemon oil. Drop your cleaned fruit into the water and stir to be sure all surfaces of the fruit contact the lemon water. 32. Citrus Fresh Oil has Lemon oil in it and very tasty when added to water and smoothies. 33. Lemon or lime oil in guacamole for taste and to prevent discoloration. 34. Place a drop or two of Peppermint Oil in water or a capsule to support the digestive system. 38. Add Peppermint to herbal tea to aid in digestive system. 39. Add a few drops in water to support your circulatory system. 40. Put in water before & during a workout to boost your mood and increase energy. 41. Add 1 Drop to the tongue to freshen breath. 42. 3 Tea Tree: Topical and Aromatic Also known as Melaleuca alternifolia. 52. Diffuse drops of Tea Tree Oil in home diffuser. 53. Mix a drop or two of tea tree oil in coconut oil to moisturize and beautify the appearance of skin. 54. Mix 5-10 drops of tea tree oil in an 8 oz. bottle of distilled water to spritz face after washing face. 55. Carpet deodorizer: 2 cups Baking Soda with drops of tea tree oil. Shake well and keep in air tight container and sprinkle over carpets before vacuuming. 56. Rub a drop or two underarms as a natural deodorant. R.C. : Topical and Aromatic This is an Essential Oil Blend with a unique combination of Cypress, Spruce, and three types of Eucalyptus (E. globulus, E. radiata, and E. citriodora) oils, and includes the naturally occurring constituent limonene. 57. Diffuse Purification oil to clean the air and neutralize foul or stale odors. 72. Put several drops of Purification oil on a cotton ball and place in the air vents in the home, office, hotel room or other enclosed area. 73.
