2 Welcome to PH7 Hair & Beauty. All our hairdressers & beauty therapists offer complimentary consultations on all salon services, therefore if you are at all unsure which treatment is the right one for you please book a consultation first! QUICK CHECK LIST APPOINTMENTS: Being on time for your appointment is appreciated. Should a client arrive late for an appointment the full treatment will be charged for even in the event the treatment time cannot be accommodated. BLOW DRY: For clients having a facial, massage or body treatment, should they require they can book a blow dry with a Trainee Stylist for immediately after their beauty treatment for the reduced cost of only GIFT VOUCHERS: All gift vouchers must be produced before treatment commences. * SKIN TESTING: A number of our treatments require 48 hour skin testing, this is for the protection of the client. Even though the same treatment may have been carried out in a different salon we may not use the same products so we are therefore required by product companies to carry out these tests. We thank you for your co-operation. PEDICURES: It may be beneficial to bring along some open-toed sandals for after your pedicure to allow your polish to air-dry completely. TANNING: For optimum results it is advised that clients arrive with no make up, deodorant or body lotions applied. Facial wipes are provided for when this is not possible. All clients should wear loose (baggy) clothing after tanning. CANCELLATION POLICY: We request a minimum 4 hours notice for a cancellation, clients giving less than the required 4 hours will be charged for 50% of the treatment cost. Clients not arriving for an appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. For The Signature Collections the package must be paid for in full 48 hours prior to the appointment. If treatments are not paid for in advance the appointment will be cancelled.
