2 DON T SET OUT YOUR ENTIRE MAKEUP KIT. WAY TOO CONFUSING FOR CLIENTS. WE WANT TO SELL IN PACKAGES. IT MAkES IT SUPER EASY FOR CLIENTS TO CHOOSE AND WILL INCREASE YOUR VOLUME FROM THE WORKSHOP. (You can have the makeup kit off to the side or across the room in case guests want to see other colors. Or don t open it at all unless someone asks.) Your presentation begins when your first guest arrives!!! Greet each guest- a good question is to ask how they know the hostess. Ask about their children, job (ask do they love their job) etc. Serve each guest a sample of our nutrition line- shakes are the best to sample, can also serve Energy Fizz Tabs. Have guests eat AFTER the presentation so you can get started right away. I like to open wine it s fun to do a makeup presentation with a group of women over a glass of wine. I like to call it yoga pants, wine and makeup. I always pick one girl to be the model ahead of time. I will know her coloring prior to arriving. That way I can set out the right shade of CC Crème and foundation. START YOUR PRESENTATION Everyone needs to sit around a table. Sit with your guests when presenting. Keep this FUN, SIMPLE, POSITIVE AND NO MORE THAN 30 MINUTES DEMONSTRATING. 3 START DEMONSTRATION Put model in chair in front of every one. I like to ask everyone what they would like to learn or change about their skin/makeup before I get started. That way I can address those issues during the demo. Before we get started with our facials I want to quickly go through what makes Arbonne different from the majority of the products we are using. 4 FORMULATED WITHOUT MINERAL OIL Mineral oil is very inexpensive and has an indefinite shelf life. It is also very occlusive so it s very clogging to your pores. Think of putting Saran Wrap on your skin. That is what mineral oil is to our skin. It s sits on the surface and doesn t penetrate down to the cellular levels. Mineral oil is also listed on labels as Petroleum or Petrolatum. DR.OZ says: "Petroleum is a byproduct of oil drilling, and when you spread it on your lips, you eat it, which is essentially the same as drinking gasoline. Women with breast cancer have twice the levels of hydrocarbons (found in mineral oil/petroleum) in their breasts than women who...haven't had breast cancer. Dr Oz Says- Please STOP using CARMEX, CHAPSTICK & VASELINE!" Try something PURE & NATURAL! Demo Makeup THIS IS OUR 5-MINUTE FACE. Who wants something quick in the morning? If you are like me there is never enough time to get myself ready and the kids. I start putting the CC Crème on the model all over her face. I usually use a cosmetic sponge. The CC cream is similar to a BB Cream in that it has many functions. Our CC Cream actually has 10 functions!! Listen to this. It s a primer, protector, concealer, hydrator, mattifier, brightener, blemish cover, pore refiner, comforter and a complexion controller!! We have 4 shades so we can match you for your exact shade if you are interested. Show the brush set --- use the big fluffy brush to apply translucent loose powder all over the face.

5 Use the large angled brush for the bronzer. I load up my brush, tap it to get rid of extra and then apply bronzer in a C from the temples, along the outside of the eyes to the hallows of the checks. I do the same on the other side and then brush a tiny bit of bronzer down the middle of the face, forehead to chin. Line of the top of the eyes along the last line with Ebony liner. Use the small angled brush to soften the line into the eyelash line. Always take the liner up slightly at the edge of the eye. (Remember everything needs to be moving up to help counter the effects of gravity.) Apply a coat of mascara using the disposable brushes. I talk about how fantastic this mascara is that is helps lashes grow thick and longer the more I use it. I always rave about the mascara. Put a coat of Lip Gloss on. And that s the 5 minute face. I have bundled everything for you in one easy package #1. Huge discount on products 36% off Use same model But some of you might want to know how to take the face for day and turn it into a night out look. I don t show foundation. Just stay with CC Crème I add three colors for the eyes: Linen, Chocolate and Smoke. The entire lid gets Linen from lashline to brow. Chocolate goes in the corner. I create a V with the slanted brush and then use the fluffy eye shadow brush to blend. I blend back and forth like a windshield wiper. Avoid just pushing the shadow to the outside of the eye. And then, I add smoke over the top of Chocolate to give some depth. I add a blush to the apples of the cheeks just a small amount. The bronzer is already there so just a circular motion on the top of the cheeks. I use either Dusty Rose or Blossom. Add a tad of concealer to the under eyes. Take the concealer from the corner of the eye to midway just below the pupil. We want to avoid concealer in the outside corners of our eyes it gets stuck in the wrinkles. And clean up any shadow that has fallen. Use the Loose powder to set with a big brush. Add a lipstick. I love Satin. I use it most of the time. Strawberry is nice if clients are used to bold colors. Package #2 has everything from the 5-minute face and everything from the day to night look. You can choose a foundation or a CC Crème. (But I don t match foundations until checkout.) And if your skin needs a bit of TLC in addition to the makeup, our anti-aging line is one of the best in the marketplace. I usually pick one of the products and talk about the benefits.
