Microdermabrasion acts like a magic wand to help erase years of damage to your skin. Microdermbrasion provides a safe, non-invasive method of exfoliation that removes dead skin cells from the top layer of the skin revealing fresh, healthy vibrant skin. By removing the dead layer, this encourages new cell growth, improves the absorption of hydrating lotions and serums, increases elasticity and stimulates collagen production. USAGE INSTRUCTIONS INDICATIONS FOR USE: DiamondBuff is an exfoliation tool indicated for over-the-counter cosmetic use. CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR USE: Microdermabrasion is not recommended to keratosis sufferers, people with undiagnosed lesions, active rosacea or acne, weeping acne (stages 3 to 4), diabetes, auto-immune disorders, fragile capillaries, eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis or lupus. Recent laser surgery or Accutane acne treatment may also be sound reasons for your doctor not to recommend microdermabrasion. Discuss your medical history with your doctor if unsure.

5 TREATMENT STEPS Step 1 Step 2 Thoroughly cleanse your skin with a cleanser suited for your skin. Tool can be used on either dry or damp skin, For best results we recommend damp skin Wet the head of your tool with cool water and start with one section at a time. Gently pull your skin taut. Step 3 Gently move the tool back and forth or in a circular fluid, upward motion. Continue to dampen the head of the tool as you gently polish moving from section to section, keeping the head flat. Be careful not to stay in one area too long. Step 4 Depending on your skin, you may wish to repeat steps 2-3. For thicker skin, 2 passes is recommended. For fragile, sensitive skin, we recommend 1 pass. With continued use, your skin will thicken and you may find an additional pass is needed. Step 5 Saturate a cotton ball with a calming toner and gently wipe your skin. Pat dry and apply a calming, hydrating protective moisturizer. If going outdoors, ALWAYS apply sunscreen. 6 COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS How often should I use my DiamondBuff? We recommend using every 7-10 days depending on your individual skin. What are the benefits? Reduces fine lines and wrinkles, minimizes pores, evens skin tone, reduces acne scarring, age spots and improves overall tone of the skin. In general, microdermabrasion results in thicker, healthier, more youthful looking skin. Over the course of several treatments, the body will produce new layers of skin containing higher levels of elastin and collagen. This, in turn, improves the complexion and gives the skin a more radiant, vibrant healthy glow. How soon will I see results? Microdermabrasion results are usually immediate and noticeable. Results improve with multiple treatments and vary depending on your individual skin quality. What should I expect after the treatment? After microdermabrasion, your skin may be pink and feel dry and tight (like a sunburn or windburn) for about 24 hours. Use a hydrating, protective moisturizer as directed. What are the limitations of Microdermabrasion? Microdermabrasion is designed for minor imperfections and general improvement. Those with very large or dark spots, moderate to deep wrinkles and serious scars should seek an alternative treatment. Are there any adverse reactions? Potential side effects of microdermabrasion are minimal and this is a very safe procedure. Potential drawbacks are very limited in that microdermabrasion only affects the epidermis, which is the outermost skin layer. Common minor, temporary side effects may include slight skin tightness, redness, and sensitivity.

Immediately after each use, the DiamondBuff should be rinsed well in hot running water and the abrasive surface scrubbed with a clean soft brush and anti-bacterial soap to remove the dead skin cells. To keep your DiamondBuff looking bright and sparkly, you can simply put it in your dishwasher once a month for best results! Allow to air dry and store in a clean container until your next use!
