2 This Spa ships in two (2) boxes; Freight Only, (three boxes if the Spa Stool is purchased). o Spa Base weighs 100 pounds o Spa Chair weighs 135 pounds o Spa Stool weighs 40 pounds (purchased separately) This chair top is covered with a plush PVC vinyl and comes with a pillow top headrest. Currently sold in Black only. The highly polished medium wood with a cherry hue arm rests rise up for easy seating access and come with matching flip-up side table tops. o These table tops feature a cup holder and ample space for a client s personal effects. o Additionally, this chair top has built in massage settings with many options (see the Remote Control Manual). o Get the perfect pedicure and foot massage without the stress and effort of holding the foot in the ideal position. o The adjustable foot rest pillow is comfortable for your client and convenient for the pedicure technician. o Outfitted with a popular Beverly Hills Footsie Bath Spa Pedicure Tub, this spa chair will give you a true plumbing free experience and the easiest clean up possible. 3 Unpacking and Chair Setup Remove everything from the box until you reach the Pedicure Spa Chair. o The arrows show the lift points but remember the Spa Chair Arms are designed to swivel UP (and the chair is very heavy). Place the Spa Chair on a work surface (or the floor) where you can work under it. Remove the packing materials and lift the Spa Chair Back Cushion UP to a 90º position. o Someone should hold the Spa Chair until the connections are made underneath. Keller International LLC

4 The picture Top Right shows the Recline Actuator Connection the U-Shaped Tang and Bolt o Remove bolt, bolt push key and rubber grommets align Recline Actuator inside the U- Shaped Tang and replace the bolt, rubber grommets and finally the bolt push key. Once the Recline Actuator is connected the Chair Back will remain Upright. Attach the Spa Chair to the Spa base (bolts & wing nuts are in the hardware bag). NOTE: The Spa Chair weighs 135 pounds. Two or three people should be employed to carefully place the Spa Chair over the holes in the Spa Base so as to not mar the Spa Base finish as little as possible although the Spa Chair will cover any scratches made when attaching it to the Spa Base. NOTE: The bolt holes in the Spa Chair Frame may not be visible unless the Spa Chair is moved Forwards or Backwards. Use the Remote Control to move the Spa Chair Forwards or Backwards until the 4 bolt holes are visible in the Spa Chair Frame. Attach the Spa Chair to the Spa Base as diagrammed at left. Tighten the Wing Nut to prevent Spa Chair Vibration from loosening the connections. Check tightness periodically. Keller International LLC

5 Removable footrest is 20.0 wide by 6.0 deep by 3.5 thick (see next page for more info.). Four (4) height positions: o 4-inches high off the Pull Out, 5-inches, 6-inches and 7-inches. Keller International LLC

Side Flip-Up Trays are on both armrests.

7 Side Flip-Up Trays are on both armrests. Each Flip-Up Tray has a spring loaded bracket to secure the Tray in its upright position. Release the spring loaded bracket to return the Flip-Up Tray to its DOWN position. Keller International LLC

Both armrests can be swiveled UP to allow client entry to the Spa Chair (see page 7). Client entry can also be facilitated from the front of the Spa Chair.
