Book a specific treatment from our menu if you know in advance what you d like or, 2. Book time (choose from 1 hour, 2 hours or more) and you can decide on which treatments you want when you arrive. 12 to make the most of your visit We wouldn t want you to miss out on your favourite date/time, so please book well in advance. If you re not sure which treatment you want yet that s okay - just book time with a therapist and you can decide on the day which treatment/s you ll enjoy. Use of our Spa and Relaxation facilities is included in all Spa Day s and Stays and with individual treatments of 90 minutes or more. A supplement* will apply if you wish to use the Spa outside of a Day or Stay package and use is subject to availability. Hotel residents have complimentary use of swimming pool and fitness suite between 3pm on their day of arrival and 11 am on their day of departure. A supplement* will apply if you wish to use the facilities outside of these hours and is subject to availability. TREATMENT TIMES The times listed are how long the actual treatment takes, so give yourself extra time after your treatment to enjoy our other spa facilities and relaxation room. After your treatment we will give you tips to look after your skin when you go home. CHECK IN Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment so you can complete a health care consultation and questionnaire and be fully relaxed. We don t want to rush you! CANCELLATION POLICY Sometimes things go amiss and you can t make your appointment, but please let us know 48 hours in advance. Unfortunately if you forget to cancel and we can t fill your booking with someone else you will be charged a fee. TRANQUILITY POLICY Spaaaaa... even the word congures up stillness, so to help keep the peaceful ambiance, please keep your phones and electronic devices switched off and keep conversations to a whisper! MINIMUM AGES Children under 16 are only permitted within the Spa area between the hours of 8am 10am and 4pm-6pm each day and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children are welcome to use the Swimming Pool but are not permitted to use the Fitness Suite or The Thermal Therapy Suite. The minimum age for Spa Treatments is 16 years old. Whilst we want children to enjoy themselves, we kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum and respect others using the Spa for relaxation. HYGIENE Please shower before treatments and therapies and before using any of the spa facilities. MEDICAL CONDITIONS Please let us know of serious medical conditions. In some cases medical approval may be needed. PREGNANT? Firstly, congratulations! How exciting. Please tell us though, as some treatments are not recommended for you at this time. SMOKING This is not permitted anywhere in or around the spa. PERSONAL BELONGINGS Put your things in a locker or leave them safely with a friend or in your room. Just bring yourself to the spa! WHAT TO BRING Bring a swimsuit to wear in bathing areas. If you are on Spa Day or Stay or taking a treatment of 60 minutes or more you will be offered a robe and slippers to change into, should you wish.
