Humid heat is especially beneficial before or after a massage treatment to increase circulation. We recommend minute sessions, and that you keep your body well hydrated afterwards. SAUNA WELLNESS Maintained between 32ºC - 38ºC, this dry heat soothes and warms the muscles, relieving tension from your body and minimising joint pain. This is especially beneficial for those who suffer from arthritis, painful migraines, and headaches, or as a way of warming the body after an intense workout or treating the common cold. Dry heat is recommended for minutes daily and it is important to ensure that your body is kept well hydrated afterwards. INDOOR SWIMMING POOL The indoor pool is the ideal spot for rest and relaxation. Kept at 29ºC, it is ideal for year round swimming and aqua aerobics classes. JACUZZI Located within the indoor Swimming Pool area, the Jacuzzi is maintained at 37ºC. The warm water can promote relaxation, pain relief and improve sleep habits. We recommend 10 minute sessions and that you keep your body well hydrated afterwards.

10 SPA ETIQUETTE PLANNING YOUR EXPERIENCE We highly recommend that all spa appointments are scheduled at least a week in advance to avoid disappointment. All bookings are subject to availability and must be secured with a credit card. Guests must be at least 16 years old to enjoy our spa experiences and over the age of 18 to enjoy massage and body treatments. SPA ARRIVAL AND ETIQUETTE We recommend arriving 40 minutes prior to your appointment time to enjoy the facilities and ensure your treatment starts on time. Late arrivals may result in a reduction of your treatment experience so as not to inconvenience other guests. To make any changes to your booking, please contact the Spa Reception, at +44 (0) MEDICAL CONDITIONS Please inform us of any health conditions at the time of booking, such as allergies, pregnancy, disabilities. You will also be asked to complete a medical history form upon arrival, so we can better customize your experience to your individual needs. SPA ATTIRE You are invited to dress to your personal comfort level. Some treatments will require you to wear disposable underwear and you will be advised of this on arrival. You will be provided with a spa robe and slippers on arrival and to avoid unnecessary charges to your guest room, we advise that these are returned to the spa on departure. Gift Vouchers are available in person, online and by phone. SPA CANCELLATION We understand circumstances may arise that are unavoidable, and cancelling your appointment may become necessary. If you wish to reschedule or cancel any spa appointments or packages, please notify the Spa 72 hours in advance. Missed appointments without proper notices are subject to 100% charge for reserved services. This also applies for no shows. For non-resident guests, a credit card will be required at time of reservation.
