Therefore, the body can utilize this dosage of D3 for 1 week. In addition D3 in oil form is also the most absorbable form of Vitamin D and is why Dr. Rodan and Dr. Fields feel strongly about this form and this dosage.

The sun s damaging rays are needed to synthesize Vitamin D, but UV rays exacerbate the symptoms of acne, sensitivity, hyper-pigmentation and aging. The doctors felt it was there responsibility to offer a skinsafe alternative for maintaining bone health and overall wellness. The doctors personally use and recommend Maximum D3 to their patients.
