Your Stylist/Therapist is committed to your booking therefore we would request that at least 24 hours is given for appointment cancellations, or we may have to charge a 50% cancellation fee. If you are late for your appointment, don t panic! We will always try to give you the best treatment possible in the time remaining. However, please be aware that the full charge will still apply if we have been able to complete as much of the treatment as possible. We will not be able to overrun the appointment time if a client is due after your appointment.
