General Conditions 1.1. Participants carry out work (images) according to the theme. Make-up, hairstyle, clothes, accessories on the model should consist of unique image, which answers a theme and nominations. The deviation from a theme is not supposed Participants use own materials, hairdressing tools for work. All kinds of materials and tools are permitted Stage image of participants it is his/her author s work. Plagiarism and using author s work are forbidden The participants work in different nominations must be on different models The model should be covered a negligee during preparation. Model can submit to participants only by given accessories All materials like accessories, hair decorations which will be use in images should be make beforehand and be on hairdressing table for experts to analyze them For falling some points in competitions jury can give you punishment points. 2. Grand-Prix of the Festival and the prospects for competition participants 2.1. Grand-Prize will determined among participants which take part in there Festival s competition of hairdressing, especially: fantasy hairstyle, braiding, women's haircut, men's haircut, evening hairstyle, wedding hairstyle. For this participants should match the competitions in credit for Grand-Prize. The winners will be participant, who take the more scores in 3 competitions Winners, owners of three first places, get diploma, cups and presents Will be new additional prizes and diploma: Prize for the best mini-performance (in fantasy hairstyle or fantasy make-up), The best embodiment idea, Prize for creative image, "Prize for the original idea. " 2.4. All participants get diploma.

2 3. Competition of the fantasy hairstyle (19 april, 2012) Photo contest works from past festivals "Crystal Angel" as well as festivals in the CMC: 3.1 Theme of competition: "World of magic hats.". Time of performance of work - 60 minutes. Competition s work is making on the stage. 3.2 Participants carry out fantastical and creatively hairstyle on the set theme. 3.3 The hairstyle should have expressive lines, design and the invoice (texture), to display the certain image, forms and to show modern technological ways. The make-up, a hairstyle, clothes, accessories on model should make a complete harmonious image. 3.4 Before the beginning of the competition model goes on a competitive platform with flowing lines or pre-wound hair, always covered with a dressing gown Hair color any 3.6. Hair if it is necessary can be prepare beforehand (dyeing, a wave). 3.7 Length of hair in a nape zone - not smaller 20 sm. 3.8 It is allowed to: - To use additional hair, hair decorations, tapes, lining, skeletons (framework), artificial flowers, etc., the size and number additional hair decorations are not limited to; - All kinds of tools, materials and preparations; - Any colour of hair; - A disproportion, bright and extravagant ornaments. - Colour and brilliant varnishes may be used only before step of model on to the stage for demonstration of an image before auditorium (mini-performance for 1-2 minutes) Not admitted: - not dyeing hair roots - fluffy hair on edge line It is forbidden: - To use wigs, masks, head-dress which close hair of model; - Separating hair-lines by zones, and forming ponytails before competition In assessing the jury considers the design, composition, color, originality, harmonious image, the complexity of work, cleanliness and technique fancy hairstyles In fantasy hairstyle model should embody an image on a stage in the evening show program (miniperformance for 1-2 min). 3 4. Terms for participantion in the V Championship of Braiding (19 april,2012) Photo contest works from past festivals "Crystal Angel : 4.1. Participants execute a spectacle hair-do on the basis of plait works on the theme the "Flower fairy ". 4.2 Time of making hair-do is not limited participants make a hair-do beforehand. Participant has 5 minutes on the stage for finishing the work. 4.3 In a hair-do is necessarily to have the elements of afro braids and French braid on a head. 4.4 A hair-do must have the expressed lines, design and texture, to reflect certain appearance, forms and to demonstrate the modern technological receptions of implementation of various plait works. 4.5 A participant can use any types of synthetic hairs, ribbons, linings, frameworks, decorations from hairs, artificial flowers and etc 4.6 It is forbidden to use wigs, masks, headdresses, closing model hairs; 4.7. Not admitted: - not dyeing hair roots - fluffy hair on edge line 4.8 Disproportion, bright eccentric decorations, is assumed. The color choice of hair-do depends on the master desire, but it is necessary to use no less than 2 colors. Eccentricity colorings of hairs assumed. 4.9 In this competition estimated the creative and technical side of work, originality, cleanness and complication of plait works, harmoniousness of appearance and accordance to the theme Model should embody an image on a stage in the evening show program (mini-performance for 1-2 min). Competition of the bride's (wedding) hairstyle (20 april, 2012) Photo contest works from past festivals "Crystal Angel" as well as festivals in the CMC: 5.1 Time of performance of work - 60 minutes. Competition s work is making on the stage. 5.2 Participants of competition perform a wedding hairstyle in accordance with the trends. Hairstyle should be expressive lines, design, texture, shape and demonstrate advanced technologies. Clothing, accessories, makeup, hair should form a coherent whole - a modern wedding look. 5.3 Before the beginning of the competition model goes on a competitive platform with flowing lines or pre-wound hair, always covered with a dressing gown Hair color any 5.5. Hair if it is necessary can be prepare beforehand (dyeing, a wave). 5.6 Length of hair in an occipital zone - not smaller 20 sm Sex Models - Female 5.8. It is allowed to: - Additional locks of hair, hair decorations, tapes, lining, skeletons, artificial flowers and other, but not the greater of 30 % of a ready hairstyle Not admitted: - not dyeing hair roots - fluffy hair on edge line 5.10 It is forbidden: - Ready skeletons and ornaments from hair which make the greater of 30 % of a ready hairstyle (a penal point maximal) - To use wigs, masks, head- dress which close hair of model - Separating hair-lines by zones, and forming ponytails before competition In assessing the jury considers the design, composition, color, complexity of work, cleanliness and technique wedding hairstyles, matching fashion trends.

Competition of the evening elegant hairstyle (20 April, 2012) Photo contest works from past festivals "Crystal Angel" as well as festivals in the CMC: 6.1 Time of performance of work - 60 minutes. Competition s work is making on the stage. 6.2 Participants must complete an evening hairstyle appropriate fashion trends. Hairstyle should be a harmonious form, expressive lines, design, texture and demonstrate modern technological methods. Clothing, accessories, makeup, hair should form a coherent whole - a modern evening look. 6.3 Before the beginning of the competition model goes on a competitive platform with flowing lines or pre-wound hair, always covered with a dressing gown Hair color any 6.5. 6 7. Women s cut and blow dry competition (20 April, 2012) Photo contest works from past festivals "Crystal Angel" as well as festivals in the CMC: 7.1. Participants must make a perspective women s hair-cutting with blow dry Time of work on a competition 50 minutes. Competition s work is making on the stage Before the beginning of competition a model goes out on a competitive ground with wet combed back hairs, necessarily covered peignoir 7.4. A hair-cutting must have the expressed lines, design and texture, to reflect perspective appearance, demonstrate modern technological receptions. Disproportion, eccentricity of coloring hairs is assumed Color of hairs arbitrary. Hairs are painted beforehand Hair length does not matter Progressive make-up is executed beforehand 7.8. It is allowed to: - use of any types of professional hairs cosmetics; - use of any professional instruments and adaptations for a hair-cutting and piling of hairs; 7.9. It is forbidden: - regrown undyed hair roots$ - to divide model hairs on areas to beginning of competition; - use of wigs and postige 7.10.In assessing the jury considers the perspective of the image, design and texture, color, complexity of work, cleanliness and technique haircut, matching fashion trends.

Participants must make a perspective men s hair-cutting with blow dry Time of work on a competition 50 minutes. 8 9. Competition of the fantasy make-up (19 april, 2012) Photo contest works from past festivals "Crystal Angel": 9.1. Theme of competition: Myths of the past and future 9.2. "Harmony of the elements". Time of performance of work - 60 minutes. Competition s work is making on the stage. 9.2 Participants carry out fantastical and creative make-up on the set theme. The work should have a name that matches a given topic 9.3 It is allowed to: - To the beginning of competition drawing of a voice-frequency basis on the face and a neck, and also figure on a body; - Sticking on the face of decorative elements (srtasses, artificial eyelashes, small applications) which do not close a lip, eyes and other parts of the person 9.4 It is forbidden: - sticking on the face the big decorative elements which close lips, eyes and other parts of the face; - to carry out drawing (design) on the face and a neck to the beginning of competition; - to make any marks, points or lines for simplification of performance of a make-up to the beginning of competition, and also to render on a skin of the person of means of decorative character (brilliant powder) to the beginning of the competition; 9.5 In assessing the jury takes into account Color solution, image composition, originality, originality, a harmoniousness of an image, complexity of work, cleanliness and techniques of performance.

9 10. Competition Body-Art new! (20 april, 2012) Photo contest works from past festivals "Crystal Angel: Theme of competition: "Gallery alive pictures " Time of making body-art is not limited participants make a body-art beforehand. Participant has 5 minutes on the stage for finishing the work The work should have a name that matches a given topic. Deviation from the theme of the contest is not allowed Age model - at least 18 years Permitted to use the decor, costume elements and accessories that can cover no more than 30% of his body Do not use toxic paints and materials Hairstyle, headdress, comprehensible not limited, provided that they conform to the image, complete it and make him an integral unity Participant's competitive work - this is his handiwork. Plagiarism and use someone else's work is unacceptable The jury evaluates the aesthetic image, its integrity and compliance with the theme, technique and complexity of the picture, color harmony, originality of ideas.

Competition of the nail-design ( 19 april, 2012) Photo contest works from past festivals "Crystal Angel": 11.1 Participants carry out fantasy manicure on the set theme " The new abstraction " Time of work 60 min. Competition s work is making on the stage 11.3 It is allowed to: - to prepare nails for art manicure (to disinfect hands model, to give shape nails, cuticle work out); - to make beforehand fantasy manicure on artificial nails (buildup or sticking nails done in advance); - to use decorations It is forbidden: - to use cliché, stencils, translated drawings and sketches; - making design on nails, markings, dots or lines for easier work before the competition - to use materials of decorative features before the competition In assessing the jury takes into account Color solution, image composition, originality, originality, a harmoniousness of an image, complexity of work, cleanliness and techniques of performance.

11 12. Conditions for participants of style designer s competition. (21 april, 2012.) Photo contest works from past festivals "Crystal Angel": 12.1 The participant prepares men and woman images, according to the theme " Ball of school - leavers in retro-style " Images of couple should have integrity composition and represent author s concept Images (clothes, hairstyles, make- up, accessories) should be harmoniousness of appearance and have the name accordance to the stylistic decision Model should embody an image on a stage in the show program (mini-performance for 1-2 min). Music for performance should be in orgcomitte before the festival. (CD in Audio format or MP 3 format) 12.5 Jury looking on difficulties, originalities, harmonious images of wedding duet, creative, perspectives, technology ( color, forms, lines)and set on the theme.

12 13. Terms for participantion in cloth s designers competition (21 april, 2012.) Photo contest works from past festivals "Crystal Angel": The theme "Dress of graduate school in the Fantasy-style" The participant prepare the design work according to Haute Couture in cloths The designer presenting the creative sketch and goods in models Appearance of model at all (dress, hairstyle, make-up, accessories) should have the title according to the theme Variation of the theme is not forbidden Model should embody an image on a stage in the show program (miniperformance for 1-2 min). Music for performance should be in orgcomitte before the festival. (CD in Audio format or MP 3 format) For making the dress the participant can use different kind s of fabric Jury looking on difficulties, originalities, harmonious image, technology and set on theme. The sketch hand over before the beginning (30 minutes) to the orgcomitte In this competition the creative, technical features, originals of the work, harmonious and set to the theme are appreciated.

13 14. JURY Jury are set by the Organizing Committee. From Ukraine in the jury consists of the master of international class coaches of the Ukrainian team, leading teachers, well-known designers and artists of Ukraine. International experts and judges of the festival: the presidents of member countries of the World Confederation of the world's top hairdressers and stylists The jury will evaluate each work on the following system: minimum point - 16, the maximum point Jury can appraise punishment points (5 point) The jury's decision is final and not subject to challenge Jury appointed independent. Protocol assessments, each member of the jury delivers the Executive Secretary of the Audit Commission, located at the venue of the competition to make effective points. Requirements for Participants Participate in contests can master with a different world. The age of participants, length of service and specialization are not restricted Participant submits a request to the Organizing Committee and pay a registration fee of 25 for each competition. * Foreigners are fed a total request from the delegation before March 15, (order form attached) Organizing Committee has the right to refuse to register the participant, for objective reasons. The Organizing Committee must inform the Participant in the event of failure to explain its causes Each participant must pass the toss and registration for a few days before the Festival. The Organizing Committee shall appoint a date for the draw. Foreign participants can take lots the day before the competition On the day of the contest participant with the model should be additionally registered on the stand "Organizing Committee" for 30 minutes. prior to the competition. Also, you must be behind the scenes of the main festival stage for 15 minutes. prior to the competition If necessary, the Organizing Committee can provide a model. Work model is paid by the Participant.
