Walwick Hall Spa is also available to non-residents. POOL Go swimming in our 10m sunken indoor pool and watch the stars twinkle through the sheer glass surround as you look out towards the Tyne Valley across Walwick s own private garden. 19 SPA DAY GUIDANCE We want you to enjoy your arrival drink included in your spa day but please remember as a courtesy to all guests we operate a prompt appointment schedule and suggest you arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your booking time to allow time to check-in, enjoy your drink, change and begin your spa experience. A late arrival may result in your treatment time being reduced or cancelled. All spa packages require full payment and treatment choice is required at the time of booking, packages are subject to availability and our cancellation terms. In the event of a cancellation we would offer a rebooking or a 50% refund unless the cancellation was within 48 hours of the spa day in which case full payment would occur and no refund or rebooking would be offered. 26 SPA GUIDANCE We want our guests to thoroughly enjoy their time with us at The Spa at Walwick Hall and enjoy the indulgent experience it is intended to be. To allow all guests to enjoy the facilities in a stress-free atmosphere, we kindly request all guests to respect other spa users by refraining from the use of mobile phones, reserving poolside loungers and keeping noise to an agreeable level. Please note beverages are not served around the pool and hot tub. This includes alcoholic and non alcoholic ones. Should you require a drink, please visit the hotel who will be happy to assist. Please note all drinks must be paid for at the time of ordering. ARRIVAL TIME As a courtesy to all guests we operate a prompt appointment schedule and suggest you arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your booking time to allow time to check-in, change and begin your spa experience. A late arrival may result in your treatment time being reduced or cancelled. WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU We will provide you with a fluffy robe, towel and slippers on arrival, please make sure you bring a swimming costume. If you are a hotel resident you will be provided with fluffy robe and slippers in your room, please bring these to The Spa with you. You can access the Spa via reception and through the Garden. We do not advise you wear your slippers outside. We also have a gym if you wish to bring along your gym wear. CANCELLATION POLICY Full payment will be required at the time of booking for your spa reservation. Should you wish to amend or cancel the reservation you must provide 48 hours notification. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations exceeding 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will result in full loss of payment. AGE REQUIREMENTS You must be aged 18 years or over to visit The Spa at Walwick Hall. Hotel residents with children can access child swim timings allocated between the hours of 6:00am - 10am and 5pm - 7:00pm Monday - Sunday. Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and restricted to the main pool area only. The Jacuzzi and steam room are not to be used by children. HEALTH & MEDICAL ADVICE Please ensure you inform the Spa prior to arrival if you are currently taking any medication or have recently undergone surgery. We recommend you consult a doctor if you have concerns regarding your health or are taking medication that may cause an adverse reaction. Failure to provide this information may prevent you from using the spa facilities or receiving treatments, however you will be liable for the full payment.

27 EXPECTANT MOTHERS We have a range of specifically designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please note that some of our Spa experiences and Spa facilities may be unsuitable during pregnancy. We recommend that you speak with a member of our team for further advice. TREATMENT ROOMS We have 1 exquisite treatment suite suitable for double packages or indeed single ones. This room is perfect for couples and friends to share your treatment time together. SECURITY On arrival, our therapists will provide you with an individual locker to store your personal belongings. Please note that Walwick Hall will not be held responsible for loss of valuables at any time. We strongly advise that you bring essential items only and those of sentimental value are left at home. NAIL TREATMENTS Our chosen nail brand at The Spa at Walwick Hall is Jessica. We do not perform acrylic extensions nor do we remove them.
