The scalp is thoroughly cleaned and detoxified. The hair is set to the correct ph-value, restructured and becomes more shiny. Furthermore, the Serum protects against too much sun, chlorine and aggressive environmental impacts such as smog. BIO A+O.E. SHAMPOOS Every hair care programme offers a different shampoo with different ingredients so to meet the special needs of different types of hair. We always recommend to accurately wash the hair twice. Each time apply BIO A+O.E. Shampoo in very small quantities of 3-5ml. The hair will be absolutely clean, as soon as the shampoo foams well. Afterwards rinse the shampoo with particular care. BIO A+O.E. 00 UNIVERSAL CONDITIONER Our universal Conditioner provides volume, body and shine. It is applied on wet hair and/or the scalp and massaged. Then let it work for 3-5 minutes and comb the conditioner through the hair..then thoroughly rinse from hair. BIO A+O.E. Water (organic plant water) Our Water contains around 80 percent of nurturing ingredients. It nurtures the hair cortex and scalp with mineralised salts and vitamins. By that the hair cortex is restructured and the scalp is well kept. The hair is well prepared and moisturised. 8 Instructions for use On the following pages we will explain how you can use the products of BIO A+O.E. in the single hair care programmes. An ideal result can be obtained only if you avoid using other shampoos or conditioners during your hair care programme. 8

Apply it to the scalp and/or to dry hair and let it work for 5-10 minutes. In order to obtain an even more intensive effect, you may leave it in also for minutes. Then rinse it out and continue shampooing. After a while you can also extend the intervals within which you use the serum according to your needs. Effects on the scalp Deep cleansing Detoxification 02 Restructuring Water Brilliant colours The 02 Restructuring Water gives the scalp the necessary moisture and restructures the hair. It is recommended in case of dry, damaged and intensively coloured hair. Let it work for 5-10 minutes. Then thoroughly rinse it out. The serum can also be used with heat. 2) Use the 01 VOLUMIZING SHAMPOO. It is sufficient to massage an amount of 3-5 ml into the entirely wet hair for around 2 minutes. Shampooing can be repeated for a second time, if necessary. Advice: If the shampoo foams well, the hair is clean. Rinsing the organic product out requires more time than with chemical products. 3) Now use the 00 UNIVERSAL CONDITIONER. It is applied on wet hair and/or the scalp and massaged. Then let it work for 3-5 minutes and comb the conditioner through the hair. Afterwards rinse it out thoroughly. This will also require more time than with chemical products. 4) Finally spray the 01 VOLUMIZING WATER on the hair. Depending on the length of the hair, 5-10 times. To obtain as much volume as possible, you should spray it on the hair from the top to the hair-ends. Then you can start the styling. 12 Hair care programme 02: restructuring of damaged hair 91 SERUM + 02 SHAMPOO + 02 CONDITIONER + 02 WATER Effect The scalp is moisturised The hair is restructured It will return to its natural condition after at least 21 days Application 1) Use the 91 RESTRUCTURING SERUM on dry hair and/or the scalp before washing the hair. Let the serum work for 5-10 minutes. Then rinse it out thoroughly. The serum can also be used with heat. Application in case of extremely dry or damaged hair 1) Apply the 02 RESTRUCTURING WATER and the 91 RESTRUCTURING SERUM on dry hair before washing. Let it work at room temperature or under a drying hood for 5-10 minutes. 2) Wash the hair twice with the 02 RESTRUCTURING SHAMPOO and accurately rinse it out. 3) Massage the 02 RESTRUCTURING CONDITIONER and let it work for 5 minutes. Then comb the conditioner through the hair. 4) Spray the 02 RESTRUCTURING WATER on towel dried hair and then use your styling products of BIO A+O.E. 2) Use the 02 RESTRUCTURING SHAMPOO only in small amounts (3-5ml). Apply it to the entirely wet hair. Massage thoroughly and let it work for 2 minutes. Then accurately rinse it out (rinsing takes more time with our products than with chemical products). 3) Apply the 02 RESTRUCTURING CONDITIONER on wet hair and massage gently. Let it work for 3-5 minutes, then comb the conditioner through the hair. Afterwards rinse it out accurately (also this product needs more time to rinse from hair than chemical products). 4) Spray the 02 RESTRUCTURING WATER on towel dried, still slightly damp hair. Depending on the length of the hair, 5-10 times. The 02 RESTRUCTURING WATER gives the necessary moisture and restructures the hair. 12

13 Hair care programme 03: In case of hair loss and weak hair 91 SERUM + 03 SHAMPOO + 00 CONDITIONER + 03 WATER Effect The hair will become stronger and more robust It returns to its natural condition after at least 21 days Application 1) Apply the 91 RESTRUCTURING SERUM on dry hair and/or the scalp before washing. Let the serum work for minutes. Then accurately rinse it out. The serum can also be used with heat. 2) Use the 03 REINFORCING SHAMPOO in small amounts (3-5 ml). Apply it to the entirely wet hair. Massage thoroughly and let it work for 2 minutes. The shampooing can be repeated, if necessary. Then rinse it out accurately (rinsing will last longer than with chemical products). 3) Apply the 00 CONDITIONER on wet hair and the scalp and massage gently. Let it work for 3-5 minutes. Then comb the conditioner through the hair. Afterwards rinse it out accurately (also the conditioner takes more time to rinse from hair than other chemical products). 4) Spray the 03 REINFORCING WATER on towel dried, slightly wet hair. Depending on the length of the hair, 5-10 times. Then use your styling products of BIO A+O.E. The 03 REINFORCING WATER should be used on a daily basis on dry or damp hair before styling. It rejuvenates the hair and makes it shinier. Absolutely apply on hair and scalp. In case of extremely damaged hair and strong hair loss, you should use the 03 REINFORCING WATER two times a day. Let the serum work for 5-10 minutes. Then rinse it out accurately. The serum can also be used with heat. 2) Use the 07 FRIZZ CONTROL SHAMPOO in small amounts (3-5ml). Apply it to the entirely wet hair. Massage it well and let it work for 2 minutes. If necessary, you may repeat the shampooing. Then rinse it out again very accurately (rinsing takes more time with our products than with chemical products). 3) Apply the 00 UNIVERSAL CONDITIONER on damp hair and massage it. Let it work for 3-5 minutes. Then comb the conditioner through the hair. Afterwards rinse it out accurately (also the conditioner needs more time to rinse from hair than chemical products) 4) The 07 FRIZZ CONTROL WATER should be applied on a daily basis on dry or damp hair before styling. It gives more body and shine to your hair. Additionally, it protects against too much air humidity. Further advantages of the 07 FRIZZ CONTROL WATER: Application before straightening iron: The hair cools down and thus is more protected. Application before styling: the hair becomes straighter, shinier and smoother it is easier to be styled. For thick hair: apply together with a small amount of 99 MASK, the hair can be dried two times faster and is clearly easier to comb through. 14

You can also repeat the shampoo! 3) Apply the 00 UNIVERSAL CONDITIONER on damp hair without massaging it! Let it work for 3-5 minutes, then comb the conditioner through the hair. Afterwards rinse it out thoroughly (rinsing needs more time than with chemical products!). 4) Spray the 09 SEBUM CONTROL WATER on towel dried, still slightly damp hair. Depending on the length of the hair, spray 5-10 times and then use your styling products of BIO A+O.E. The 09 SEBUM CONTROL water can be used daily before styling.
