2 Welcome to Vanity Day Spa Our Salon is the perfect place to relax and indulge in some welldeserved pampering. Please use this menu as a guide, if you have any particular requests we will be happy to customise our treatments to achieve the best result for you. Arrival We encourage you to arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow time to check in and start relaxing. If you are delayed, please be mindful that your treatment time will be limited as a courtesy to our next guest. Bookings We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure your preferred time is available. A deposit of 20% is required for all spa packages and group books. Should you need to change or cancel your appointment we require 24 hours notice, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. Less than 2hrs notice & no show appointments are charged at 100%. Spa Etiquette Please respect the comfort of all our guests by turning your mobile phone onto silent. What to Wear Robes are supplied for your comfort. Disposable slippers and underwear are available at your request. Please leave valuable items at home. All treatments are carried out discretely and you will be draped appropriately at all times. Gift Certificates Gift certificates are a unique way to celebrate any occasion. Please contact our reception so that we can assist you in your selection. Gift certificates are valid for six months from the date of purchase. Gift certificates are non-refundable and if lost will not be replaced. Expired gift certificates will not be honoured. Our prices are subject to change without notice.
