7 Face Body Day Spa Terms & Conditions Gift Vouchers The perfect gift for all occasions. Our gift vouchers are available for any treatment and package or simply select the value of your voucher, leaving the recipient free to choose their ideal path to relaxation and rejuvenation. Beautifully presented, our gift vouchers have 6 months validity. Gift voucher can be exchanged to any treatment of the same value or if its extra you can pay the difference. You cannot redeem your Certificate for cash, or use it on a public holiday or Sunday. Expired Gift vouchers in the first month a reduction of 20% then 20% each month thereafter of the value. Our gift vouchers are not refundable. please be aware that a $10per hour surcharge applies for weekends and late nights for all GIFT VOUCHERS. No refunds or monetary returns will be given. Bookings Please ring the Day Spa on or to make an appointment. Advance bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment. A credit card details or gift voucher number is required to hold all reservations. Cancellation Policy Clients who wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment are kindly requested to provide more then 48 hours notice for weekdays and more then 3days notice for weekends. if you fail to show up to your appointment or do not give us enough notice you will be charged of full cost of your treatment. For gift voucher bookings, cancellations of less than 48 hours for weekdays and 3days for weekends will result in your gift voucher being redeemed in full. Clint who cancel their booking for Saturdays can not reschedule to another Saturday due to the high demand for weekends appointments but can be rescheduled to a week day. Arrival at The Day Spa To fully enjoy a complete Day Spa experience, we request that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time, in order for you to complete a consultation. So treatment can be start on time. Late arrivals will shorten your treatment time spent with us. Pricing Prices and treatments are subject to change without notice. The Day Spa accepts cash, EFTPOS and all major credit cards. Health Considerations For your safety and comfort please inform your therapist of any health conditions so that we can customise your treatment accordingly. If you suffer from allergies, physical ailments or are pregnant, some treatments may not be advisable.
