The recently refitted salon exudes a warm and friendly ambience which is also reflected by the happy and enthusiastic team. There are always new developments in hair and beauty and The Retreat is at the forefront. Our salon, based in the centre of Wokingham, offer a complete range of hair and beauty services for busy people juggling work, family and friends. And that includes an ever growing male clientele too. All our staff are trained to the very highest level of beauty, hairdressing, customer service and consultation skills. 26 T&Cs Late Arrivals If you are unable to make your appointment on time, please let us know as soon as possible. We will endeavour to carry out as much of the treatment as we can, but if this is not possible, a charge will be made. Missed Appointments and Cancellations Where less than 24 hours notice is given of a cancellation, a charge of 30% will be made unless we can re-book the space. Mobile Phones For the relaxation of other clients, please ensure you switch off your mobile phones on entering the beauty area. Data Protection All client information is taken in strictest confidence for our own internal use and is never passed to third parties. Courses and Contracts Have expiry dates which will be advised on purchase. No refunds will be given for courses or contracts not completed within the agreed time. Treatment Times Where treatment times are given, they are for guidance only and include client preparation. If for reasons beyond our control the therapist/hairdresser booked for your appointment is unavailable, we will endeavour to contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.
