5 Opening hours: We are open Monday to Saturday with late nights Tuesdays and Thursdays Terms and Conditions Please read thoroughly before booking. Preparing for your appointment 1) Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment for consultation. If you are more than 10 minutes late we regret to inform you that we reserve the right to cancel your appointment completely or where possible, a shorter treatment may be offered. 2) If you have had anti-wrinkle injections and or dermal fillers, you will need to wait a minimum of 48 hours before having a facial electrical treatment 3) For waxing services, we require 4-6 weeks hair growth to receive the best wax experience/minimum ¼ of an inch. 4) Hair extensions cannot be treated, coloured or cut 5) For all hair colouring services, a skin test is required a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you have had an allergic reaction or a tattoo you will need to repeat this skin test. For all beauty therapy services that involve tint or glue a skin test is required hours prior to EVERY appointment. 6) There is a 17st weight limit for use of the flotation tank 7) Spa access comes with the use of 1 robe, 1 towel and a pair of slippers, should any more be required they are chargeable at ) When making an appointment please note all bookings above 20 will require a 5 deposit to be paid to secure your booking 9) Urbasba cannot guarantee a specific student to conduct treatments 10) Please quote the name of the tutor when you arrive at reception 11) Please ensure you are aware of the price of your complete service at the time of consultation 12) Prices are correct at time of print and are subject to change at any time 13) Please check your bill and change at the time of payment as mistakes will not be rectified once you leave 14) Urbasba cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to clothing or personal belongings. 15) Please respect that Urbasba is a training establishment and whilst we strive to maintain high quality, industry standards not all treatments and services can be guaranteed. Treatments and services may differ in length and quality depending on the student delivering them, so please make sure you notify a member of staff if you are not happy with your treatment within 3days. Commercial timing cannot always be assured.
