For salon services, we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to service. Being timely for your appointment is appreciated, both for the consideration of your service provider and other guest. Any late arrivals will affect the length of your service. Service Providers Please advise us of your gender preference upon making your appointment. If you do not specify at time of reserving, you will be scheduled with the first available technician. Gratuities are not included, 18-20% is customary if you enjoyed your experience. Cancellations If you need to cancel or change your service, we require a minimum of 24-hour notice. The full service will be charged on any late cancellations or no-show appointments.
