DELIVERY PRICING All items will be delivered free of charge for orders over vat (UK orders), orders under vat, and to Ireland, Highlands and Channel Islands will be subject to a delivery charge. DELIVERY INFORMATION We will endeavour to despatch goods to you by the estimated delivery date, however we will not accept liability to deliver within the stated time or day where circumstances are caused beyond our control, such as delays by delivery companies or manufacturer s lead times. When delivery of Goods has been made, you will need to sign a Proof of Delivery document to confirm receipt of your goods. The customer is responsible to check the number of packages delivered corresponds with the number stated on the delivery note. DELIVERY INFORMATION (Cont) If any discrepancy occurs or, evident damage to the packaging, you must note this on the Proof of Delivery or refuse delivery of goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to check and count all parcels/goods before signing any accompanying delivery note. Errors cannot be corrected afterwards. MISSING OR DAMAGED GOODS Claims for missing or damaged goods will not be accepted unless the company is advised within 48 hours of receipt of goods. RETURNING UNWANTED OR INCORRECTLY ORDERED GOODS When goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected EconoGroup may agree to their return. This request must be made to EconoGroup within 7 days of receipt of goods. The returning of goods to us will be entirely your responsibility. We will not be held responsible for missing parcels that you are returning to us. Returned goods will only be accepted where a returns authorisation number has been given.
