Any hair removal must be done at least 24 hours before. Wear no moisturiser/deodorant to your session. Bring loose dark clothing to wear afterwards. After treatment Do not shower or exercise for at least 8-10 hours following treatment. Use a body wash to wash body but avoid anything that may exfoliate your skin ie sponge or exfoliating mitts. Do not have a hot bath or exposure to chlorinated water. Pat skin dry with towel and moisturise thoroughly moisturise daily for maximum colour retention. Exfoliate after 4 days.

The soothing vapours gently permeate out to the sinuses and surrounding structures includes a face and neck massage to help enhance the effects of the candles. Helpful for tinnitus, reducing migraines, headaches, sinusitis and can also help reduce stress.
