We are always happy to help you with planning your visit. Please come to the Tamina Therme reception at least 10 minutes before your treatment begins. Spa guests You can book treatments on their own without the spa and sauna if you prefer. As a spa and sauna guest, you save CHF 4. on all individual treatments. Preparations and clothing A shower is the ideal way to relax and prepare yourself for our massages and body treatments. Gentlemen are advised to shave before facial treatments. We do not recommend a body scrub if you have sunburn or have just shaved your legs. For full-body treatments we provide disposable underwear. Please note that the haki Stretch & Relax and haki Purna treatments will leave some residues of haki balm in your hair. Your haki Flow session includes 15 minutes at the start to give you time to prepare in peace. Please bring swimwear to wear during your haki Flow treatment. Cancellations and late arrivals If you arrive late for a treatment, we will unfortunately not be able to continue it beyond the agreed finishing time.
