2 General Information TERMS: Standard payment terms are 1% 10 days, net 30 days to all customers with approved credit. All invoices must be paid within 30 days. A 1-1/2% per month service charge will be added to balances not paid within 30 days. All other orders will require cash in advance. C.O.D. orders will not be accepted. A copy of the freight invoice must be included with their payment. MINIMUM ORDERS: $25.00; Any order less than $25.00, exclusive of UPS charges, will be subject to a $5.00 handling fee CUSTOMER PICKUP: Our shipping department is open between 7:00a.m. and 5:00p.m. EST, Monday - Friday, for pickups UPS SHIPMENTS: An additional $5.00 (in addition to delivery and minimum order charges) will be added for each shipment to cover the cost of packaging and handling. In addition to normal UPS charges, an additional UPS Hazardous Material charge is added for those items meeting that criteria. DROP SHIPMENTS: Drop shipments will be sent freight prepaid and freight charges will be added to the invoice. STATE EPA REGISTRATIONS: Private label distributors are required to register all EPA regulated products in every state where they are sold or stored.
