R200 Cancellation Policy As we offer mobile spa services direct to your Suite it requires a fair bit of planning and preparation prior to the appointment date. Therapists hold your preferred date and time and do not double book. For this reason, we respectfully require at least 7 hours notice for any cancellation. A cancellation fee of 50% will be incurred for any treatment cancelled less than 7 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellation less than 90 minutes prior to treatment (the therapist being already on her way or on the premises), will result in a 100% cancellation fee. Arrival time Please be in your Suite 10 minutes prior to the appointment time in order to change into a robe. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time. Extra therapist service Our mobile spa offers an extra therapist service for couple bookings and group bookings. Please note that when we provide an extra therapist service an extra therapist fee will be charged per hour per therapist. Please ask for a quote when group bookings are made. Please note: extra therapists need to be booked in advance. Traveling fee The minimum service fee for mobile treatments is R950 per therapist. Treatment booking Please note that we would like to accommodate guests with their preferred date and treatment time, but can t guarantee this if bookings are made on the last minute. We urge our guests to make bookings in advance. We will always try our best to accommodate last minute bookings but please understand this is especially difficult during the peak summer months. After hour services Therapists are happy to provide an after hour service to guests. Please note that after hour bookings result in an extra surcharge after R200 per hour per therapist and needs to be booked in advanced, especially in summer months.
