Team The first reason as to why we are a truly exceptional salon is the most important, our team.

In 2017 our Vision director William Lamb won the newcomer of the year award at the British hairdressing Awards.

Every member of our team encourage one another to be the best we can be and thrive to our full potential. We believe with support and the right frame of mind anything is possible!

4 Team The first reason as to why we are a truly exceptional salon is the most important, our team. It is made up of some of the most gifted hairdressers in the industry and we ve got the awards to prove it. Over the years the team have finalised and won various competitions. In 2017 our Vision director William Lamb won the newcomer of the year award at the British hairdressing Awards. Another award we have won that we are extremely proud of was the creative head award for the most wanted best new salon. Every member of our team encourage one another to be the best we can be and thrive to our full potential. We believe with support and the right frame of mind anything is possible! Two senior members of our team William Lamb and Stacey Hayes have both participated in Fellowship Project X Team. This has encouraged other members of staff to enter competitions and experiences. Leading to the success of Katie Lyman winning a place of the Fellowship Club Star Team and Chloe Hunter winning a place on the Schwarzkopf Young Artistic Team. We are one big family, we all help and support each other through everything. 4

The show shows the importance of image in improving one s self esteem, no matter how dire the circumstances. Daniel is proud to play a part in transforming lives each week as the resident hairdresser and his expertise and compassion have seen the salon welcome clients from across the globe who have been inspired by his work. We love that our regular clients are also such passionate supporters of what he does, too. Since Daniel has been focusing a lot on wig making and creating hair pieces. He has worked very closely with some of our clients consulting with people suffering from alopecia and other forms of hair loss. Recently he has presented a talk locally with a few members of the team explaining the theory side of hair loss. With this he has helped people to feel more confident by finding the right wig or hair piece for them. REGIONAL SALON AWARDS 7

They stick with us through thick and thin and make the business such a pleasure to be a part of. Many of them have been with us since day one and without them, we d be nothing. Between Daniel and the team s session work, shoots and television shows, pressures are often high, but they remain dedicated and our biggest cheerleaders. There are so many salons at present that work like a conveyor belt. Only caring about the client going in, paying and leaving. We have all been in a situation where we have walked into a salon and felt judged where the atmosphere feels cold and clinical. At our salon, everyone can be themselves, relax and receive the very best services they can, so they walk out feeling amazing and we re safe in the knowledge that it s down to us they feel that way. We ran round like headless chickens most of the time but we made it work.

We received a lot of publicity from Body Fixers.

13 DANIEL GRANGER HAIRDRESSING We re a tight knit team. With Daniels busy schedule whist filming we all had to pull together to help the salon run smoothly in his absence. We ran round like headless chickens most of the time but we made it work. With great team work we all gave a helping hand to keep the business running as it should. We received a lot of publicity from Body Fixers. Dan found many people were touched by how passionate he was about making others feel comfortable and confident with the way they look. With such high demand for services from the team, we all came in early or stayed late to fit in the clients that needed our help. In turn, he supports us through bringing us in as assistants on the show, or challenging us to enter photographic awards with the very best work we can do. REGIONAL SALON AWARDS 13
