Division Beauty Winner receives: Crown, trophy and sash; Grand Supreme Winner receives: Crown, trophy and sash; Optional Award Winner receives: Trophy. Optional Categories (prettiest eyes, prettiest hair, prettiest smile, and photogenic) will be judged during the beauty portion of the pageant). Optional Category decisions will have no bearing on the division or grand supreme winner.

3 Rules and Regulations: 1. Contestants must compete as age on the day of the pageant. 2. Contestants must turn in entry forms and fees by the deadline. Forms and Fees may be mailed, hand delivered or submitted online. If you are mailing your forms to the Bryant Chamber of Commerce please allow plenty of time for it to arrive. The Bryant Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for entry forms that may be lost or delayed in transit by shipping method. 3. Contestants should be on time for check-in and pageant. We want to start on time for all age groups to allow a smooth and time efficient pageant. If you are unable to be on time please contact a pageant representative immediately. 4. Attire for pageant is flower girl style dress, pageant dress, or formal/prom dress. 5. This is a natural pageant. No false enhancers for girls under the age of 12 (tans, hair extensions, teeth or flippers, etc.); age appropriate light makeup used with discretion for these age categories (Little, Petite & Pre-Teen) 6. Optional Category Awards: Prettiest Eyes, Prettiest Hair, Prettiest Smile and Photogenic are judged during the beauty portion of the pageant. They are strictly optional extra awards that you may enter if you choose. They have no bearing on the outcome of the pageant results. 7. Photogenic pictures may be 5x7 or 8x10. Photos may be color or black/white, glitz or natural. Please bring all photos to the pageant check-in on the day of the pageant. All photos must be turned in 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the pageant. DO NOT MAIL PHOTO! Only one photo will be accepted per contestant. Please do not put photo in a frame, but plastic protective sleeves are acceptable. Label photo with child s name and age on back. All photos will be returned after the pageant and must be picked up at that time. The Bryant Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for photos that are left after the event. 8. A top 3 will be awarded in each age division: Division Winner or Queen, 1 st runner-up and 2 nd runner-up. 9. Grand Supreme Winners will be divided by age categories. Ultimate Grand Supreme Winner will be awarded from all contestants. 10. Crowd Favorite: This will be awarded to the contestant who has the most money placed in their bag at the pageant by the audience. There will be one winner from the pageant. Voting will end at the end of the competition. The Crowd Favorite will win a crown and trophy.

Any display of bad sportsmanship and/or unbecoming conduct, and interference and/or disturbance, foul language, or any other behavioral problem created by a contestant, parent, relative or supporter of a contestant could result in disqualification of the contestant. 12. Neither Bryant Area Chamber of Commerce nor the Bryant Public School System is responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property. 13. Fair and impartial judges are chosen by the Bryant Chamber of Commerce. Contestants and/or parents are not to approach the judges at any time. Their decision will be final. All contestants are judged on: Facial Beauty, Stage Presentation, Attitude/Personality and Overall Appearance. Score sheets will NOT be available at any time for viewing. 14. The dressing area for contestants will be inside the Love Auditorium. Each contestant must be accompanied by only one assistant back stage. No men will be allowed in the dressing area at any time. 15. All newly crowned division and grand supreme winners will need to stay after they are crowned for pictures. All winners from the pageant will be asked to participate in the Bryant Fall Fest and Christmas parades. 16. Admission to the pageant will be $5 per person with a family cap of $20 (family may include parents, siblings, grandparents, etc.) Parking is free. 17. No formal rehearsal will be held. Contestants may practice 1 hour before the pageant starts during check-in time. Modeling pattern is as follows: Enter X Exit 4X 2X/5X 3X Contestants will have a line-up of the age group, after individual competition. Entry Fees are as follows: Pageant/Beauty Entry: $55.00 Optional Category: $10.00/each Grand Supreme $25.00 Early Bird Special is Pageant/Beauty and all 4 optional categories for $75.00 Deadline for Entry is April 10, 2015; Early Bird Deadline is March 20, 2015
