Subject to availability. Minimum of 4 and maximum of 8 people per booking. Spa Etiquette GENERAL ETIQUETTE Please remember that the spa is one of tranquillity and relaxation. We would like to remind all guests that the spa is a mobile phone, gadget, camera and smoke free zone. If using the pool area, we ask all guests to be robed or to wear swimming clothing. Outdoor/gym attire is not permitted in our pool areas. Burkini & Islamic compliant male swimwear should be made from the same material as any other swimming clothes. When using the pool, we kindly ask all guests to shower before entering the water and to avoid applying any beauty products when visiting our wet area. Please be aware that food and alcohol are not permitted in the pool area AGE REQUIREMENTS The minimum age requirement for access into the gym is 16. Children under age of 18 need to be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while using the pool or gym facilities. VALUABLES If possible, it is always best to leave your jewellery at home. Please be aware the spa accepts no responsibility for loss of valuables and jewellery left unattended. TREATMENT GUIDELINES Treatments are available to guests 16 years of age and over, a valid proof of ID may be required. SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS To schedule an appointment for your perfect treatment, please contact spa reservations team who will be able to guide you to the right choice. To ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend to book in advance. All spa treatments and packages will need to be guaranteed with a credit card. We accept all major credit cards and payment in cash. You may also charge spa services to your hotel bill. SPA ARRIVAL It is advisable to arrive at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to enable you to complete a consultation form and get changed prior to the treatment. Although we will endeavour to accommodate, please be aware that late arrivals will not receive an extension to their treatment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied. We ask all guests that mobile phones are in silent mode or turned off. While in the spa waiting area, please be aware that others may be receiving treatments and please keep all conversations at a low volume. YOUR COMFORT When arriving at the spa, you may change into a robe and slippers in our changing rooms or you may go straight to your treatment room as you are. Please feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable. You may be asked to remove certain clothing but the most important thing is that you are comfortable. Our therapists will keep you draped in towels and only expose each area being treated. In wet treatments, such as body scrubs and body wraps please note you will not always be draped. Swimsuits are optional in these treatments, and we have disposable underwear on offer if you prefer. This is your time, and you should enjoy the experience to the fullest. Whether it s the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure or the volume of the music, please notify us of any discomforts or preferences, as your therapist will be more than happy to make any necessary adjustments. Feel free to talk during the treatment or remain quiet it s up to you as your time is all about making you relax and feel comfortable. Your therapist will follow your lead so if you prefer a chatty or quiet atmosphere, just let them know. HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS Please notify us at the time of booking if you have any sort of medical condition of which we should be aware of. Some conditions may mean a treatment is unsuitable for you. If you have any concerns, please let us know. If at any time during your visit you experience discomfort, please alert your therapist immediately. PREGNANCY While there are some services that should be avoided during pregnancy, and especially during the first trimester, there are many beneficial treatments specially created for pregnant women that can be enjoyed. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please inform us when making your booking. The spa team will be able to match your needs to a suitable treatment, if you re unsure what you d like to have. CANCELLATION POLICY A 100% cancellation charge will be incurred for any Treatment or Day Spa Package not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to appointment. GRATUITIES are not included and are welcomed at your discretion.
