Gift vouchers can be purchased for a specific treatment or for a dollar amount, and can be redeemed on both products and treatments. Gift Vouchers can be purchased from our spa reception or can be ordered over the phone or website and posted out to you. CLIENT LOYALTY REWARDS We love to treat our loyal clients. For every $20 you spend with us on either products or treatments you will receive 1 loyalty point. Once you have reached 25 points we will send you a $25 voucher to use on any treatment over $30. Loyalty vouchers expire 2 months from the date of issue. CLIENT REFERRALS REWARDS We love happy, satisfied clients so every time you recommend someone to Exquisite Beauty and they mention your name, we will send you a $10 voucher to use at your next visit. CANCELLATIONS We would please ask that you give us 24 hours notice for all booking cancellations. We reserve the right to charge a late cancellation fee of $20 for any cancellations made outside of the 24 hour notice period, where your appointment space is unable to be filled.
