19 Spa Etiquette In order to create the perfect environment and be considerate to all our clients the following guidelines are intended to ensure your visit runs smoothly. Booking & Cancellation All bookings over 20 will require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable and your appointment can be rescheduled if booking is cancelled within 48 hours of appointment. Late Arrivals We ask that you show up 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are running late we ask that you contact us immediately. Every effort will be made to honour your treatment time, however this may not always be possible as our therapists are extremely busy. Mobile Phones Please refrain from using your mobile phone in the spa area. Patch Test A Patch Test is required 24 hours prior to treatment for tinting. Clients must be 16 years or over to receive treatments.
