Advance bookings are highly recommended to secure your preferred time. Arrival at the Spa To enhance your Spa experience, we recommend you to arrive 20 minutes prior to your treatment to complete your lifestyle form, take time to relax in our tranquil surroundings and/or make use of the Spa wet facilities. Preparation for your experience at the Spa In consideration of your health and well-being we request you to refrain from smoking in our Spa. We also do recommend leaving all jewelry & mobile phones in your room. The Earth Spa is a sanctuary of peace and harmony, please be aware of noise levels to maintain tranquility and relaxation. For men please shave prior to all facial treatments to ensure that maximum results are achieved. Spa Consultations We invite you to our Spa for a private consultation to determine your needs and to allow us to personalize your Spa experience. We have a broad range of specialized treatments that cover all aspects of Spa therapy to enhance your health and well-being. A personalized consultation will also allow us to recommend suitable treatments, therapists and products. Benefits for The Earth Spa Advocates In consideration of Spa guests who wish to take advantage of our many Spa services and facilities, we do extend a 15 % discount on all treatments with expenditure above 15,000 Thai baht per person. After your treatment We recommend that you do not sunbathe after any Spa treatment or depilatory waxing for at least six hours. Children For children under 12 years of age, 30 minute treatments are half price when booked and availed prior to 2pm. Parents are requested to attend during all services provided to children. Payment All treatments will be charged to your room and appear on your account at the time of departure from the resort. Cancellation policy Please kindly observe our cancellation policies. 5 hours notice on individual spa treatments; 24 hours notice on spa journeys or packages. A 50% cancellation fee will apply if such notice is not given. For no shows 100% of the treatment cost will be charged. 16/16
