5 It is essential to care for your hair to avoid problems like dandruff, seborrhea or even hair loss. IDENTIFY YOUR HAIR TYPE Dry Normal Oily Mixed

6 Brush your hair daily and sport a pleasing style that represents who you are

7 I also want the women to dress modestly, with decency and propriety, adorning themselves, not with elaborate hairstyles or gold or pearls or expensive clothes, but with good deeds, appropriate for women who profess to worship God. 1 Timothy 2:9-10

8 Caring for your teeth Brush your teeth in the morning when you get up, before bed and after every meal. Rinse with a mouthwash to kill germs and avoid dental plaque and tartar. Avoid eating between meals, especially sweets and chewing gum.

11 COMMON SKIN PROBLEMS ACNE: The sebaceous glands are to be blamed if you have acne.when they overwork, they clog the pores, which facilitates the appearance of blackheads and pimples. PIMPLE: A small inflammatory swelling of the skin which estimates the skin s defense cells to produce pus.

12 SKIN CARE (Cellulitis/Stretch Marks) Celulitis: As its name implies, it is an inflammation of the cell. It occurs at the level of the subcutaneous tissue where the capillary microcirculation (small thin blood vessels) is deficient in adipose tissue Stretch Marks: Stretch marks are formed when the skin has stretched excessively, surpassing its ability to stretch

13 HOW TO AVOID CELLULLITIS / STRETCH MARKS Intense moisturizing of the skin with creams to hydrate it Drink water daily about eight 8-ounce glasses Avoid eating excess fats and oils Exercise regularly Avoid wearing tight clothing

14 Makeup Applying makeup is the practice of decorating the skin to give it a pleasing look, and it is achieved via various elements.
