Our spa reservation team will be more than happy to assist you planning your day, please contact us either via on, or call us on For all spa days, spa treatments, weddings and group bookings we require full payment at the time of booking. Please allow at least 72 hours for cancellation or rescheduling to avoid paying the full fee. If you are using a gift voucher to secure the booking, we will adjust the value of the voucher to show the cancellation fee. On the day, Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment to insure you receive the full allocated time, arriving late may limit the treatment we can offer you and we would still have to charge the full amount. Dress Code; Please arrive for your treatment in dry attire. Medical Conditions Some treatments are not suitable for certain medical conditions.
