Allow yourself to escape and relax in our wonderful surroundings, with experienced personal trainers that can write programs, give nutritional advice and help with any concerns and deliver first class personal training sessions. Day Spa use 25 We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time for your consultation. Please respect our environment is one of pure relaxation so mobile phones are not permitted in the Spa facilities.
