11 Tranquillity Policy To ensure that all guests can enjoy a calm and relaxing spa experience, we request that all phones and electronic devices are turned off and that conversations are kept to a whisper. Minimum Age Unfortunately, our treatments are not suitable for under 16 year olds and nor are we able to accommodate them within the Health Hub facilities and U Thyme Relaxation Room. Medical Conditions Please let us know of any serious medical conditions. In some cases medical approval may be required. Pregnancy Please let us know if you are pregnant, as some treatments are not recommended for you at this time. Hygiene Please be considerate of other guests by showering before using any of the Spa facilities. What to bring If you are planning to use our spa facilities, please bring a swimsuit. We will provide a robe and slippers to be worn exclusively in our Spa.
