After a comprehensive assessment undertaken by the Australian Environmental Labelling Association a number of BAUWERK Colour interior paints have been awarded an Australian Good Environmental Choice Licence. 2. Pigmented paints do not exceed allowable limit with recommended pigment levels. 4 Environmental and Social Regulatory Obligations: The BAUWERK Colour Pty Ltd manufacturing operations in Fremantle, Western Australia is not required to hold a state EPA emissions licence due to a unique situation with lime-based paints. No breaches of local environmental regulations have been found by AELA in its assessment of the Fremantle site or have any been submitted by the manufacturer. BAUWERK Colour Pty Ltd also complies with all relevant social regulations, including occupational health and safety, employee remuneration and anti-discrimination. Additional Information A detailed verification report is supplied to verified manufacturers regarding the environmental characteristics of their products and evidence of compliance. The verification report can be made available at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
