AT HOME After your treatment we advise that you: Leave the oils on your skin for maximum benefit for at least 2-3 hours. Replenish body fluids with plenty of water while restricting alcohol and caffeine intake. Take minutes to rest and relax. Refrain from heat treatments (e.g. sauna, steam room, sunbed), sunbathing and vigorous activities immediately after treatments as these may prevent full absorption of the oils. Consult your therapist for a follow-up treatment or a programme of continued treatments. Your body is layered in a deeply hydrating gel and then massaged, Swedish style, with a blend of four highly nourishing plant oils. Skin is then protected with velvety moisturising body butter. Essential oil of damask rose works on capillary circulation renewing the skin whilst the aromas soothes the emotions and nurtures the heart. The treatment begins with a cleansing olive grain exfoliation to the whole body. Feel your tensions melt away with a traditional Aromatherapy full body massage using a moisturising and softening mix of oil and cream with evening primrose oil and Shea Butter. Your face is then thoroughly cleansed, exfoliated and toned using Hydrating Rose products, rich in regenerating damask rose, skin balancing geranium, and nourishing jojoba oil.
