Categories: Permanent makeup lips Permanent makeup eyeliner Permanent makeup of ombre eyebrows Permanent makeup of eyebrows - microblading Fee: Contestant will perform permanent makeup on his model with technique in chosen category. Model can not have previously made permanent makeup. PRIZE: Prize pool will be announced 1st February 2019, a er verifica on of all sponsors.

2 TIMETABLE 9:00 am contestant start preparing for Championship Saturday Category Permanent makeup eyeliner ( top eyeline only): start 10:00-11:30 Category Permanent makeup microblading: start 12:00-14:00 (90 minutes) (120 minutes) Sunday Category Permanent makeup lips: start 10:00-12:00 Category Permanent makeup of ombre eyebrows: start 12:30-14:00 (120 minutes) (90 minutes) RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT Announcement of results from Eyeliner and Microblading categories will take place on Saturday Announcement of results from Lips and Ombre eyebrows categories will take place on Sunday ON MAIN STAGE PRELIMINARIES RESULTS GUIDELINES Based on sent photos of model before and right a er work in the same technique as contestant chosen category. Photos can t be edited in any way. All sent photos will be evaluated using this guidelines: -Choice of color and shape for model. -Work technique. -Aesthe cs. -Order of receiving filled entry form by promoter, first 30 entries in each category will qualify automa cally. Based on materials received, promoter along with a team of specialists will select up to 60 finalists in each category. List of finalists will be posted on Facebook fanpage Interna onal PMU Championship and Every contestant will be informed personally by promoter staff via phone or before RESULTS GUIDELINES IN FINALS -Choice of shape -Choice of color -Work technique -Aesthe cs -Cleanliness -Knowledge JURY of the event 1. Jury will be appointed by promoter. 2. Jury will be evalua ng work of every contestant and interpre ng the regula ons of Championships. 3. Contestant will voluntarily let JURY judge their work. 4. Marks given by JURY are defini ve. 5. JURY evalua ng session will take place a er showcase of every category. Each contestant will receive par cipa on diploma with gi s from sponsors and addi onally 10% discount for training course in Instytut Bio Pigments. * Informa on according date, me and place of results announcement will be released two weeks prior the event.

3 A achment 1 FINAL STATEMENTS 1. Sent entry form with photos enclosed is simultaneously a declara on that contestant is author of work. 2. Each a endant confirms his en tlement to all photos and documents he sends. By signing this document is permi ng promoter use them for promo on purposes (apply only to PMU Championship) The author assumes all claims of any nature that third par es could direct against the Championship Organizer. 3. By submi ng a contest entry, the contest par cipant accepts the terms and condi ons of the compe on and agrees to Processing of personal data according to the Personal Data Protec on Act (Journal of Laws No.133, item 883) All disputes will be resolved by the court competent to promoter. 4. Organizer does not Covers the costs of stay, tools and dress for finalist and model. 8. In case of withdrawal from Championships entry fee is not subject of refund. 9. Each par cipant must have a printed and signed entry form on the day of the Championships.

5 A achment 3 TRANSFER OF COPYRIGHTS I hereby declare that I rescind the copyright of material (photographs, videos) made by the organizer of Interna onal PMU Championship during the event. I declare that the photographs do not infringe upon the property and personal rights of third par es. At the same me, I agree to the transfer of copyright (non-exclusive) property rights to photographs in the scope of: - documenta on and reproduc on of materials - produc on of copies irrespec ve of the technique, quan ty and volume of effort - in the scope of circula on of the original or copies on which the work was fixed, exhibi ng, reproducing, reemi ng, distribu ng it in an unrestricted volume. - and related rights with the reserva on, inter alia, of the disclosure of the name of the Author in a customary manner Transfer of the copyright to the material aquired during applica on and Championships will be moved to Organizer regardless of the form in which they were made.
