2 Un air de Paris 2 Foreword The bias which presided over the creation of the gallery French Arts FactoryQto know the associationwithinthesameexhibitionof3artistsofthematerialtakesagainallitsdimension.itis indeedaquestion,forus,ofstagingwithalotofrequirementacommonset,sourceofemulation betweentheartists. Paris;magic,richinitsmultipleknownorunderestimatedtreasures,ofitspast,Pariswithwhich the brightness illuminates the world, it is this "Air de Paris" which inspires, this summer, the galleryfrenchartsfactoryanditsartists. Sylvie Feltesses flights of poetry represent the marriage of Parisian scenes and perfectly associatedmonograms.asifbymagic,thisdancespeakstousandmakesusthelighterexistence, hercreationsaretheambassadressesofaromanticismpictorialofthemostaccomplished. Our "chroniqcroqueuse", Bénédicte Klène chose to restore the atmosphere of the Parisian mythicalplacesintheformofhorizon.herpanoramasin180 integrateaswellthehaussmann architectureasthehistoricgardensofthecapitalorstillthearchetypeofthestreetfurnitureof whichparisisoriginallyandthisineverydetailforourmostgreatpleasure. 4 Un air de Paris 4 SylvieFeltesse Musician, fascinated by the typography and the beautiful letters, filled with musical rhythm, Sylvie Fetesse begins her creations in two or three letters" in measure" in a singlemovement,solinkingthemusicwhichshealwayspractisesandhercalligraphy. AfternumerousyearstostudythedrawinginthecoursesproposedbytheFineartsof Paris, Sylvie Feltesse acquired more and more ease and freedom in the movement, whichaimstobeunique,withoutresumption,astakenoutofthehandsofaconductor. InOctober,2012,sheparticipatedintheexhibition"TheInsolitesII",meetingofwritersandcontemporaryartists in Design Bastille Center where some of her monograms came to invite themself on the poems of the writer YvesRajaud«Calligraphiesurlecorpsdelareine». In February, 2015, Sylvies monograms were presented to city Hall of Paris on the occasion of the exhibition "DesignandArtsandcrafts"wheretheParisiancreatorsinvitedthecreatorsofBerlin. AttheendofAugust,2015wentouttheartbook«Femmesd artdesmétiersdart»whereadoublespreadis dedicatedtoher. In March, 2016, Sylvie presents a calligraphy of several monograms and their interpretations engraved to the museummendjiskyofpariswithintheframeworkofanexhibition«demaindemaître». Fromartclasstoglazingorrakutrainings,shelearnedtotame«Terracotta»over timewhileassertingitspresence. Gradually,sheapproachedtheworldofceramicsandthewomanchosentotranslateoscillatingbetween feelingsofvulnerability,fearofbreakingafragilebalance,impotence,andstrength;werebornsolongand proudfemalefigures,theburnedbodies,likeflayed,butwhokeeptothebottomofthemahope. Today,theartistcombineshermodelingworktothatofthecompositiontoemphasizeherfavoritethemes: solitudeorexpectation,sharingandcomplicity.
