3 Greetings Fellow Cattlemen, We are very excited to once again invite you to Wills Point, Texas on October 24, 2010 to our 2nd Annual KB Cattle Company Fall Production Sale. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to study our sale catalog and hope that everyone will be able to join us for a great weekend at KB Cattle Co. The weekend will start off with our 2nd Annual Heifer Futurity. Last year s event was a lot of fun and a great success. There were 25 entries that competed for the grand champion honors with the $ Grand Prize. The Heifer Futurity is open to any cattle that have been purchased from KB Cattle Co. This year we have added a judging contest with a jr. and adult division to make it a family event. We here at KB greatly appreciate each and every customer and consider them all friends in the cattle business. The junior heifer market is a big part of our business. We started the futurity to help support youth involved in livestock production and hope to grow it in to a large annual event that our customers look forward to each year. We are offering this year s set of cattle to you with pride. There are some amazing breeding tools selling October 24th. The cows are all powerful, big boned, big footed, big middled and sound moving cattle. The kind that you can use a multitude of sires on to create marketable offspring. I have no doubt you will be impressed with the Lot 1 cow, 6807 out 2121 bred to BC Raven. What more could an Angus breeder want. She is a powerfully bred and constructed cow in a moderate package. The spring show heifer prospects are tremendous, sired by Bismark, Marathon, and Heavy Hitter. There are three yearling Papa Equator heifers out of our beloved Easter donor that we feel are donors in the making and should command your attention. We have added a guest consignors this year R&R Cattle Company, Ron Springer and Richard Greer. These forward-minded cattleman have knowledge and respect in the Angus business and we are proud to have the great set of bred heifers they will consign. Two great customers, Roach Cattle Company and Star K Cattle Company will also add some quality to the sale with their consignments.
