A Special Thank You Dear Cattle Producer: None of us would disagree that we are in a new era of beef cattle production, arguably a place the industry has never seen.

As we prepare for our 6th annual Quality and Performance Breeders Bull Sale we feel fortunate as well for the success that we have had in the bull business.

It is also important for us at QPB to give thanks to the many bull buyers and commercial cattle producers who have supported our sales and have helped develop our reputation.

2 A Special Thank You Dear Cattle Producer: None of us would disagree that we are in a new era of beef cattle production, arguably a place the industry has never seen. Worldwide demand is up, cattle numbers are down, corn prices are lower; all ingredients for the perfect storm of high prices for feeders. We all are fortunate to be in the beef business these days! As we prepare for our 6th annual Quality and Performance Breeders Bull Sale we feel fortunate as well for the success that we have had in the bull business. It is truly a blessing from God to be able to participate in this great business of American Beef Production. It is also important for us at QPB to give thanks to the many bull buyers and commercial cattle producers who have supported our sales and have helped develop our reputation. We appreciate and take very seriously the confidence that you have shown in our product by continuing to support our sale year after year. Likewise, we welcome and are excited about meeting those of you attending our sale for the first time. We very much get the concept that the cattle herd and its replacement females are only as good as the bulls that are used every year. We continue to work hard through selective breeding, AI, ET, and most importantly, culling so that we can deliver the most carefully selected, locally adapted, sound, fit, and genetically superior Angus Bulls for our friends, our fellow cattlemen. It is becoming known that the place to be to get a great Angus bull at a fair price is Mt Hermon, LA at the QPB Bull sale on the first Saturday in March. Call us if we can help in any way. SALE RULES It is our goal to create a friendly, open atmosphere in which to purchase top quality Angus bulls. The following rules have been drafted with that in mind. 1.

Bulls will be available for inspection prior to the sale by appointment as well as the morning of the sale (March 7, 2015). Pedigrees, EPD s, and background information will be available.

12 SALE RULES It is our goal to create a friendly, open atmosphere in which to purchase top quality Angus bulls. The following rules have been drafted with that in mind. 1. All interested buyers sign in at registration table and receive a numbered buyer s card. 2. All bulls for sale will be identified by Lot Number. 3. Bulls will be available for inspection prior to the sale by appointment as well as the morning of the sale (March 7, 2015). Pedigrees, EPD s, and background information will be available. Gary, Dale and Mike will be available to answer any questions about the bulls. 4. Minimum Bid price will be posted on the supplement sheet and available the morning of the sale. 5. If more than one buyer is interested in a certain bull, a bid off will take place between any interested buyers. If you are the only interested party you may purchase the bull for the posted minimum bid. 6. Any bulls not sold during the bid off will be available on a first come basis for the minimum (starting) price at the end of the sale. 7. Any corrections of printed material will be addressed prior to the bid off. Announcements made will supersede any catalog information. 8. QPB, LLC will have the final say on the last bidder and will settle any discrepancies as fairly as possible. ADDITIONAL SALE INFORMATION Sale Bulls-Bulls will be available for inspection prior to the sale starting at 8:30 AM sale day or before that date by appointment. We would be glad to show them to you. Registration Certificates- Certificates of each bull will be transferred to the buyer at QPB s expense. The buyer should be sure to give the clerk the proper name and address for making transfers. Health Health Certificates will be furnished on bulls that require it for shipment. All bulls have been semen tested. Mail or Phone Bids- Mail or phone bids will be accepted if you are unable to attend the sale. Please contact one of us before hand and we will guide you through the process. Terms and Conditions-The bulls will sell under the Standard Terms and Conditions as recommended by the American Angus Association.
