Artists will be notified of their acceptance on or before Friday, July 1, If accepted, a curator will follow up with any additional information regarding time of set-up, etc. 1

3 Briefly Share Your Biography: Submit 3 digital images representative of the work you would like to submit. JPGs should be approximately 8X10 at 144ppi or 1152 pixels X 1449 pixels. Name each JPG with your first initial, last name and image number. Example: JSmith1.jpg JSmith2.jpg, JSmith3.jpg. 3

Submitting your entry authorizes ACLU-NH, RAD-NH, Studio 550, and Open Doors Manchester to publish your images for purposes of exhibition/show publicity. All artist credits will be included. We may ask select artists to provide higher resolution jpegs suitable for publishing. Selected artists may be highlighted on the ACLU-NH, RAD, Studio 550, and Open Doors Manchester websites and/or written collateral promoting the exhibit/show. Because we are not charging for entry into the exhibit/show, there is a suggested $20 donation to RAD-NH. All donations will go to fund RAD-NH s transgender community outreach efforts. Checks may be made payable to the non-profit Rights and Democracy New Hampshire (RAD-NH). All artwork must be on display and cannot be removed from the exhibition/show for the entire designated time. Accepted works may be for sale. Works not for sale should be marked NFS. Sales are dealt with directly through Studio 550. Artists receive 60% of the sale price of their work. Studio 550 receives 40% of the sale price of each artist s work. Per Studio 550 policy, artists are required to read, sign, and complete their Artist Contract & Inventory Forms before 3PM on July 5 so Studio 550 may have accurate information for show labels. We are also looking for participating artists to help staff the gallery including set-up, take down, etc. 4
