Our security team is made up f Jacksn Cunty Sheriff s department members, fur (4) f ur Indian security staff and a grup knwn as the Peacekeepers wh will be present and awake vernight t be certain everything is tight and secure. At the suth end f the festival area (Linwd & Trst), tw (2) vlunteers will be assigned specifically t assist yu in finding yur bth spaces and any ther questins yu might have. Als, Harry Reaves, Tycr CDC representative, will be present t versee everything and has management authrity. Yu will be prvided with a Packet which will cntain ther infrmatin, access bands fr egress and ingress at either the nrth r suth end f the festival area. Parking fr yur trucks, vans r ther vehicles will be secured 24/7 at a designated lt lcated ne blck west f Trst n Harrisn, n the west side mid-blck. Yu will be assisted with any special needs yu may have. If yu are entering the juried art shw, judging will take place Saturday afternn, September 21st.
