3 Protective function of the clothing and a list of harmonized norms: Protective long sleeve T-shirt is intendet for protection of users against short-time contact with small flame A1, ultraviolet radiation and other heat risks at the levels: B1 (convective heat), C1 ( radiant heat). Protective long sleeve T-shirt is suitable as a protection against electrostatic incendiary discharges. The product serves as an accessory of fireproof protective clothing (under the upper clothing). 4 Clothing service life: Duration of the protective clothing using is not fixed. Expected service life is within the range from 2 to 4 years in case of average utilization. It is protective clothing which means that it can be damaged during some working activity. In such case the following steps have to be done: Clean the clothing according to the instructions Ensure skilled revision of the clothing by a responsible person (producer, skilled distributor, or skilled person of a particular fire station) In case of need repair it (to ensure safety the clothing should be repaired at the PRODUCER or a skilled person) In case of excessive damage and failure of the protective properties of the clothing when the repair is not worthwhile, we recommend to put it out of use Maintenance: We recommend delicate washing at 40 C All closures (zippers, press buttons, velcros, buttons, carabines) must be properly closed to avoid abrasionph of washing bath must not be higher than 9. Do not use detergents with bleaching effects. Optimal level of machine loading is 2/3, with maximum possible water level and lower spinning speeds. If the garment has removable insert, always wash the outer parts separately from inserts. If inserts are not soiled, remove them and wash just the outer parts to prevent unnecessary wear of moisture and thermal barrier. Do not use any softeners! No tumble dry Optimal is hang dry 4

6 Storage: Storage of the clothing does not require any special conditions. Protect the clothing against direct sunlight and UV radiation. Packing: Plastic bag, paper box Instructions for users: In case of accidental stain by a liquid chemical substance or flammable liquid during the wear at a place with a fire and/or heat exposure immediately leave the place, take the clothing off and clean it, possibly do not use anymore and put it out of service. Person wearing the protective clothing diffusing an electrostatic charge must be properly grounded. Electric resistance between person and earth must be smaller than It can be secured by wearing of suitable shoes for example. The clothing must not be taken off at vicinity of flammable or explosive atmosphere, or during handling of flammable or explosive matters. The clothing must not be also used in the environment enriched by oxygen without previous approval by a responsible safety technician. The electrostatic protective function of the protective clothing can be influenced by wearing and tearing, washing and possible contamination. The protective clothing diffusing the electrostatic charge must cover permanently all materials without this property during using. Protective T-shirt must be worn with upper clothing at the same time and at least on the same level of protection. 6
